WHAT - TO BRING:
We have most of the equipment - bats, balls, stumps, gloves, pads, etc.
If you have family/friends traveling from India, please have them get some equipment for you, if you are more comfortable with having your own gear. Bats, pads and gloves are good enough.
Please have your boy bring an ab guard (protective cup). This is available in Dick's Sporting goods. We play with actual cricket balls, so the risk of injury is HIGH. So, we REQUIRE all the players to bring their own protective cup. Some other equipment can be shared, but we encourage everyone to buy their own kit.
We also encourage to bring your own water bottle. If your players has a bat that the player is comfortable with - weight, size, etc., please have them lug it along.
Q: What if my player cannot make it to both days?
Answer: My apologies - these are the only two days the coaches are available.
Q: What if my player does not have a kit?
Answer: Abdominal cup is a must. We cannot allow them to play/practice without that. Need for other equipment can be discussed in person.
Q: We would like to try it out without payment?
Answer: This is not fair to the parents that pay for renting the facility. Most of us are pretty accommodating, so we can allow ONLY ONE free session. After that, we have to ask for registration fee and one month payment.
